Shipping Policy
- Shipping Methods: We have delivery drivers who pick up our clients’ tires and wheels from our warehouse and deliver them to your choice of address, whether it be a house or a mechanic. Please ensure the mechanics are aware of the expected delivery before placing the order. It is NOT the responsibility of TireTopia to check with the mechanics prior to delivery. We deliver only within Ontario.
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within one to eight hours of when the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will also be processed on the same day. Delivery times vary.
- Delivery Time: TireTopia is known for its speed and efficiency. We deliver within one business day, but may vary at times. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be delivered the next business day.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping on all orders is free GTA-wide.
- Returns and Exchanges: For information on returns and exchanges, please refer to our returns and exchanges policy.
- Shipping Issues: We inspect the shipment with our clients upon delivery to ensure there are no issues with the product.
- Order Tracking: You will receive text updates from our delivery courier upon order processing, pick up, and delivery.
