Return Policy

Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only for unused products that have not been driven on and are not damaged. A 15% refund fee will be applied to all returns. Please call our customer service number, (905) 519-1880, to request a refund. Please allow 4-5 business days to receive your credit.

Exchanges

TireTopia exchanges items if they arrive defective or damaged. The product must be unused to be eligible for exchange. A 15% exchange fee will be applied if an exchange is requested for any other reason.

Third-Party Installation & Liability

If a customer chooses to have TireTopia products installed, fitted, mounted, balanced, or otherwise worked on by a third-party mechanic, garage, or installer not affiliated with or authorized by TireTopia, the following applies:

• TireTopia is not liable for any damage to the product(s) (including but not limited to tires, rims, or wheels) that occurs during or as a result of installation, mounting, balancing, or any other service performed by a third-party mechanic.
• TireTopia is not liable for any damage to the customer's vehicle arising from or in connection with work performed by a third-party mechanic using TireTopia products.
• Any warranty coverage on the product(s) may be affected or voided if installation or service was not performed by a TireTopia authorized partner. Customers should confirm warranty terms before seeking third-party installation.
• Refunds, exchanges, or replacements will not be issued for products damaged during third-party installation or service.
